Terms of Service — Atlas Glider

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Atlas Glider (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Use

Atlas Glider is a marketplace connecting tourists with verified Moroccan travel agencies. We do not directly provide transport or tour services. Agencies listed on the platform are independent providers responsible for their services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. Cancellation policies vary by agency and tour. Refunds are handled according to the agency’s stated policy at time of booking.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, submit false reviews, impersonate other users or agencies, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Glider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or services booked through it.
